HAROLD GEORGE WILLIAMS


 

 

HAROLD GEORGE WILLIAMS, SR., 80, of Applegate, passed away March 31, 2019. Harold was born in Deckerville on January 30, 1939. He was a graduate of Croswell- Lexington High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from General Motors after many years working as a tool & die maker.

Harold also ministered for many years at the Beulah Church of the Nazarene where he was a gentle spirit that touched many lives with God’s love. Harold was also an avid trails rider. He will be deeply missed by many family members and friends.

Harold is survived by his wife, Carolyn; three children, Clayton F. (Karen) Williams, Harold G. (Venus) Williams Jr., and Chanda K. (Brian) Hunt; grandchildren, Patrick Simpson, Lyndee Williams, Ariana Todero, Briana Moss, Alyssa Simpson, Zachary Simpson, Hannah Hunt, Leeann Casaceli; great-grandchildren, Gianna Valdez, Andrew Williams, Kevin Jefferson, Caleb Casaceli; brother, Kenny Williams; sisters, Irene (Dick) Hulverson, Ida (Richard) Izworski, Rosemary Hall, Mary Klemp, Linda (Willie) Confer, Lulabell Stone; other members of the family, John (Elba) Sutherland, Beverly (Jerry) Kenel, Midge (Paul) Davis, Kay Reynolds, Charlie Hoppenworth, and David Steffler.

 

 

Preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Lula Williams; daughter, Charon Williams; grandchildren, Anthony & Rachel Williams; sisters, Helen Hoppenworth, Iva Bloomfield; brother, Frank Williams; sister-in-law, Irene Steffler.
