Feasting at Food Truck Fest



Enjoying a “walking taco” and fried mac & cheese at the first Food Truck Fest of the summer in downtown Lapeer held Monday evening in the parking lot along Farmers Creek were Attica sisters, Rileigh, 10, and McKenzie Nowak, 13. Five food vendors were at the debut event; 12 are expected June 11. Future dates include July 9 and Sept. 10. Several hundred people attended the event. See more photos on page 1B.
