Editor’s Note: The following three first-person editorials were written by parents/guardians of children or young adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. All three are part of the Forever Friends Network (FFN), a non-profit, 24/7 support group for friends and families that have a child or a loved one on the Autism Spectrum. FFN is located at 323 Jefferson St. in Lapeer and is celebrating its two-year anniversary this week.
