County reappoints to ThumbWorks! board LAPEER — Lapeer County commissioners last week considered nominations for two private industry appointments to the Thumb Area Community of Commerce/Workforce Investment Development Board. They ultimately nominated Janice Melzer of Mold Masters Co. in Lapeer and Robin Karrer of Champion Bus in Imlay City for reappointment, and unanimously recommended approval. Commissioner Lenny Schneider said that excellent feedback had been received on the two Human Resources professionals on their service to that board. |
