     Thursday is Thanksgiving, a truly wonderful holiday. Unlike Christmas, Thanksgiving doesn’t come with any of the trappings of commercialism and spending — but rather is a simple opportunity to gather with friends and family over a splendid meal laced with laughter and good conversation.
