West football playoff game moved to Davison

LAPEER — The Lapeer West second-round playoff game set for Friday has been moved to a new location, due to last week’s rainy weather that caused poor field conditions in Lapeer.

The Panthers, who are 9-1 overall, will now be hosting Midland in the Division 2, District 1 Finals at Davison High School Friday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m.

West moved on to the next round of action as a result of its 14-0 shutout win over Bay City Western in the opening week of districts.
